Click Software and Games on the left menu. Click the Settings icon on the upper right of the screen. You can disable plugins by following these instructions: If uninstalling conflicting programs and repairing iCUE does not fix the issue, you can disable plugins and software integrations in iCUE as a temporary fix while we help you find a more permanent solution. What to do next if the issue is not resolved Follow the instructions for repairing iCUE. Rerun the installation file for iCUE and select Repair. Tick the Delete the driver software for this device checkbox, and then click Uninstall. Right-click Corsair composite virtual input device and select Uninstall device. Once you have uninstalled the conflicting programs, the next step is to repair iCUE. Programs that are known to interfere with iCUE include: Uninstall those programs to prevent them from interfering with iCUE. 
Look for any programs you may have installed that may be interfering with iCUE, especially if you have any other software that also controls RGB lighting.
What to do next if the issue is not resolved. Follow the steps below to fix this issue. 
If you run into an issue where the RGB lighting of your devices changes into a color that you did not set in iCUE, it is possible that your computer system has software that is interfering with iCUE.
